What is the workout split?

What type of gym or equipment is needed for this program?

For the 21 Day Shred, you will need access to a full gym that includes barbells, dumbbells, machines. The most common machines used are cables for tricep and bicep work.

Can beginners do these workouts?

Yes! We have coaching tutorial videos, explanation videos, and a support team ready to answer any of your questions. This is a great program to get started into.

I don't know my maxes for some of the lifts and I don't think there's time to test them all. What should I do?

In order for our program to be customized for you, we need to know your maxes. The maxes below are vital for the 21 Day Shred Program: Squat, barbell bench press, overhead press, incline press, front squat and deadlift.
